We operate out of our Executive Lounge and Work Center where all the magic happens. This space is open to every walk of life. Especially those interested in exceptional thought leadership, difficult conversations, and the exchange of industry best practices. Our Work Center serves as a space where you can operate in silence or collaborate with your team and stakeholders.

Jason L. Sharp is the Chief Executive Officer of Sharp Leader. He serves as the Chief Consultant and manages the day to day operations and all customer engagement. Mr. Sharp has had an extensive career in national security, both in government and in industry. In government, he has provided both direct and consultative expertise for multiple defense programs from delivery platforms to weapon systems. In industry, he has worked as a Principle Program Manager for Honeywell Federal Manufacturing & Technologies (FMT) and Leonardo DRS where he managed multiple mega-projects in support of our nation’s national security and the warfighter.

2 / Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy
At Sharp Leader, we strive to provide our readers with high-quality content and a seamless online shopping experience. However, we understand that there may be times when you need to return or exchange a product. Therefore, we have established the following shipping, returns and refund policy:
Shipping: We ship within the USA (CONUS & OCONUS), Mexico, and Canada. Other International shipping is on a case by case basis.
Shipping & handling fees within the USA, Mexico, and Canada are automatically calculated by the USPS. We offer free shipping on all physical product orders above $100 total for orders within the USA. For Mexico and Canada, we offer free shipping on all orders totaling $150 or more.
If you need to return a product due to verifiable damage or defect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Returns:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. To initiate the return process, please contact us at jason@sharpleader.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide you with a return shipping label, and once we receive the product, we will issue a refund or exchange the product, whichever you prefer.
Refunds:
We offer a full refund for any product that is returned within 30 days of the delivery date for reasons stated above in our return policy. To request a refund, please contact us at jason@sharpleader.com with your order number and a reason for the refund. Once we receive the product, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Please note that we cannot issue a refund for any digital downloads or e-books purchased through our website, as these products are non-refundable.
Cancellation:
We are a print on demand service so cancellation of orders must happen within 2 hours of placing your order. Upon which, we will begin printing your order and preparing for shipment. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at jason@sharpleader.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to cancel the order before printing has initiated. However, if the order has already begun printing, you may return the product in accordance with our return policy.
